Blocked calendar

I cancelled a booking some time ago because my parents were ill. now I want to unlock the calendar and it wont let me until the period of the canecelled booking is over. I have never caneclled a booking before in 5 years. I need this unblocked now. HOW???

I hope you don't mind, I have moved your question here and made it into a new topic here in the Help board. 

 

In terms of your question, I am sorry to hear your parents were ill, I can imagine what a worrying time this was, I really hope they are feeling better now. This does sound like the situation may have been eligible for Extenuating Circumstances, however as it was treated like a standard cancellation, this is why you calendar is blocked. I would recommend contacting the Support Team and explaining the situation to them. Here is a useful Community Guide on how to contact the team.
