Blocked dates and price changes

My guest have requested and got confirmation for their stay. However she sent a message today stating she errored on the days and would like to change them. What is the proper procedure?

Hi @Ross78

If the guest paid already, she needs to go log in, go to her account -> My trips -> Change or Cancel -> Change.

She can change the dates, and you will get a propt to accept the new dates on your account.
