Blocked dates

I have blocked dates on my calendar with save changes button and when I open the website the next timem, the dates are unblocked or all my months are blocked completely.  Can someone help, please?

I blocked dates on my calendarafter early February as the house sale has been agreed. Today I got an enquiry from someone who wanted to book the dates which I thought I had blocked.  I explained that I could not rent the house.  Then I went to the calendar and discovered that the dates in question had not been blocked.  I then attempted to block them but could not do it.  What can I do?

@Norma-And-Ray0this is seems to be unsusal.. once again try from your proprty dashboard. It will be ok..

Not unusual. It happened to me too. Dates that I had blocked in February were "opened" by Airbnb. Luckily I saw it before someone requested to stay during those dates. I do not have Instant Book activated, thankfully!

I've had the same issue, repeatedly, and have not made super host because I've had to cancel instant bookings months out.

It has now happened to me on at least four occasions where I have had to apologise to someone to tell them that the dates they want are blocked, only to find Airbnb have mysteriously 'unblocked' my dates when I know they were definintely blocked. This reflects badly on me as a host and now Im going to have to check on a weekly basis to see that my blocked dates are still there, take a screen grab to prove it and then bombard Airbnb with the 'what is happening?' email...if indeed there is anywhere to send such things.
Anyone have any other ideas or experience of this?

I was wondering why I wasn't getting any reservations, I happened to look at my calendar and saw that the whole year was blocked why is that I didn't block it?
