Blocking Off Unavailable Dates: A Community Help Guide

Hi there,

Can you help?  I am struggling a bit with multiple bookings.  I have a booking for 2 guests for some nights in July and can take another 3 guests, however the calender is "greyed out" on the website so other guests cannot book.  How can I change this so others can book for the same nights?

Hi just to clarify, are you saying you have more than one room to left out in your property? Is so, you need to create a separate listing for each room. Click on the link for Airbnb guide - https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/289/how-do-i-list-multiple-rooms

There's a few things you need to check. First you need to see if you set a buffer between guests.

To get to calander:

manage listings> (top right) Availabilty settings> preperation time

Once there also check minimun stay.

Also click 

Click on the days you want to unblock - it will then give you a pop up option to unblock

Thank you all for replying - I think its the listings - I need to create a different listing for each bedroom.  Problem solved.
