I was wondering if someone could help me. I have approve some guests to stay at my property at the beginning of August. After I had approved the booking I checked their page and the feedback they have received from other hosts is terrible and I am now worried they will trash my house, as they have trashed other peoples property.
Is there any way I can cancel them without getting charged?

@Katie681 the only way is to call Airbnb, convince them that you are uncomfortable with those guests and hopefully they will cancel penalty free.

Oh dear @Katie681 for future reference always check your guest references before you accept a booking.
And yes do call airbnb and say you would like them to cancel as you feel uncomfortable with these guests because of their previous reviews.
OK, thanks for your responses - I've email airbnb about it, but will probably give them a call aswell.
@Emilia42 No I havent cancelled yet as I don't want to be charged and I think there is a penalty charge.
I am not sure if you are aware of it, but it is against the forum rules to promote your business or website in your signature.
If it was allowed this forum would be littered with people posting here to advertise their business.
if Airbnb Cs refuse to cancel this reservation penalty free - then tell them to close the case and then call again and try to convince another CS rep.
If no success then cancel by yourself. 50-100$ fee and automated review that you canceled is a low price to protect your home from being trashed.
