Booked by one, coming another

Hi! One girl from Serbia wrote to me - she is coming for business purpose, booked our listing for 4 nights. Yesterday she sent new message - she booked our house for her boss. We ask for boss' contacts - mobile phone, e-mail or something. Girl is not answering. Girls' profile is new, without photo. And I don't know anything about the guest. Seems like some scam? Should I cancel reservation?

@Irina306 this is a third-party booking and it is against Airbnb policy. You won't be protected is anything goes wrong. Tell her that her boss needs to book personally. If not, call Airbnb and have them cancel the reservation penalty free.
