Booked on phone and it is not showing up on computer

I booked a trip on my phone and it is not showing up on my computer why is this?

Hi Magda,

Did you check if the account you made your booking over the phone is the same you have logged in with your pc?

It might be that you have logged in on one with your email address and on the other one with Google or Facebook for example, what would be 2 different accounts and why you would not see your reservation you have made with one of the accounts on the other account.

So I signed with the my email address in Safari and it asked me to create an account. I signed in with Google and there was my account.

I now have 2 accounts with the same email address

Is there anyway to combine the two accounts? Both accounts have the same email address
