I’ve had a guest change their original booking 3 times since their original booking so we are now on the 4th set of dates., most of the changes being fairly late change requests. We were messed about previously by a couple of sets of guests with late cancellations so now have a strict cancellation policy and I wondered what people’s views were on how much leniency you would show to guests who ask to change? I’m now thinking I’ve given them enough chances to stay so won’t accept any further change requests if they are made
any thoughts would be welcome
