Hi, I am new and just received my first booking request. As I wanted to ask the potential guest a question (we have a no smokers policy) I sent them a message. Because I didnt hit the decline or accept button it is now showing as cancelled. I didnt cancel it intentionally, could the guest have done this and not responded to my email?
Hi - I don't know if anyone else has had this problem recently? - but I haven't been notified on my mobile of the last two booking requests. If I hadn't by chance looked at the AirBnB website (hours later from the request) I would have missed the last one! With one of the booking enquiries, the first thing that came to my attention was a reminder on my mobile to reply to the request before it expired and I had not received any other notification?!
