Bookings down

Our bookings have been way down during the month of January and late December. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I thought perhaps I should change to smart pricing. Do people have an opinion about smart pricing? It seems that Airbnb does push hosts to use it

@Heather124 If you do a search on the forum, there are several similar posts about a slow down. 

Supposedly, the more features we turn on, the better we are placed in search. Who knows, really. If you turn smart pricing on, just make sure you set your min price where you want it. If you let Airbnb decide what it should be, you’ll be letting guests stay for free. Also, you need to be watchful. There seems to be many glitches associated with features like smart pricing, instant book etc.
