My guest Harmin damaged my property for UK pounds:

The  damage they costed my apartment for: not following rules regarding 

shower cleaning, water cleaning, wood cleaning in kitchen and living room, All water damage to my property.

It resolves in: water damage on table in living room, counter in kitchen, bended leather table covers

Furthermore:

Clear instructions from welcome paper: Bed-cover is provided, please use it.

-Has not been used. I therefor need money for a new mattress for my future guests.

At least 550 UK pounds required for the now destroyed/uncleanable mattress these guests has made it.

As a good host, I don't want my future guests to harm or discomfort from this now dirty mattress that I can't clean.

I therefore want redound for those, who damaged my future quality as a top host, lowered the view on my investment apartment.

300 UK pounds is a minimum for this horrible experience.

For a start, a new kitchen counter can be purchased for 4000 euro (with installation).

You pick. Thanks. I want to keep hosting Airbnb, but I can't keep losing money, like I did again this time.

@Søren16 You have posted this on the Community Center, which is a discussion forum for hosts and guests. This is not Airbnb customer service. You will have to contact them directly. And I suggest you read up in the Help pages on the Airbnb site on how to file a claim for damages.
