Bug - apartment only shows for up to 28 days periods, although I didn't set any limits

Hi,

I know that many people ask the question why they cannot find their own apartment on Airbnb, and in most cases they made a simple mistake, however what I'm encountering does seem to be a bug.

My apartment is only visible if the user entered a staying period for up to 28 days (i.e. not longer), although I didn't set this limit. See this video: http://screencast.com/t/3zdyEcv2

The two rooms in question are:

https://www.airbnb.ch/rooms/14941859?preview=&sug=51

Any help very much appreciated!

Kind regards,

Nick

I found the single night listing (14941859) on page 3 of the results when searching for a single night  in October.

When searching for a 15-day stay in October, property (14940325) was the very first record in the list and found the second after scrolling into the map a bit to center around Orelikon.

Both are showing in the search results.

Those cases you describe are not the ones I state in my question above.

There are glitches that affect our listings!

My listing's glitch happens when you search for a 28 night or longer stay in October and November in Sun City, AZ.  It shows my listing as costing about $57 per month which is the base rate not the "per month" rate.  The thing is all the other listings on the same list calculate off their base rate and show the "per month" rate but not mine.  You have to choose my place and click it on to see the correct calculation.  This is very frustrating to me because my place disappears from the list if there is a very low minimum price filter used on the price slider scale.

I have written Airbnb about it and they told me they will investigate it.  This was last week.  BTW other months on my listing work fine it is only Oct and Nov.  I have reviewed all my settings and possible settings to see if it was anything that I did to cause it and cannot find anything.

I would suggest writing Airbnb or use twitter or call them.  There are glitches and it is not always our fault.

Solved: I called Airbnb, after some investigation they told me that in order for my flat to show up for long-term stays (28 days+) I MUST give it a monthly discount, 0 is not allowed.
