I have a booking thats staying now in my home for the weekend, my home is 6 people maximum sleeping wise and I have counted 15 people coming into and out of my home the next morning. I am contacting the person now, thank goodness for my security cameras or I would have never known. We have booked them next month for a month. It literally is a marching band. I want to say a young adult is booking this for all of them. How can I cancel the future bookings that they made and not get penalized for it. They are here for the weekend now and feel I can't make a bunch of kids leave my home but the future booking I do not want them here like this again. Any suggestions? Should I contact Air bnb? I'm thinking I will cancel after this weekend, after they leave just in case.
Speak to Aibnb customer service. They broke you rules, so they lose.
@Ken-and-Angie0 Contact Airbnb ASAP to apprise them of the situation and get them to cancel the next reservation with no penalties to you.
And of course you can boot them out now- 15 people when it was booked for 6? A bunch of kids? No way I'd let them stay. You'll likely find a trashed house by the end of the weekend.
@Ken-and-Angie0Yes, this guest broke your house rules by having more people than stated in the reservation. Contact Airbnb NOW and get that future reservation cancelled. Be sure to state the additional people in the review for this group. No way in HELL do I want such a group at my property.
@Ken-and-Angie0 If you haven't already, message the guests indicating that you have witness 15 individuals entering your place and reiterate that they only booked for the 6 that you allow. This will give you something to reference when speaking with ABB, and let the guest know that you are aware of this.
