CONTACTING AIRBNB directly

Hello, I have in the past contacted Airbnb in Brazil, via twitter, and they replied, this year I have a question regarding an undercharge of an guess for feb 2018. I wonder if anyone can let me know if the contact in Brazil has closed or if they relocated. I have sent a twitter message and no reply. I never had problems in dealing with Airbnb, but this time I am concerned.
