Calendar changing by itself

Hi

 

I've noticed my calendar availability changing by itself in the month of January 2017.  Is anyone else having this issue?  It makes me nervous as I have instant book and we've blocked the weekss we are on our summer break.   Every now and again a few days seem to pop up as available again despite me not making those changes.

 

Any help would be great on resolving this issue - or should I contact Airbnb for technical help?

Hello, I have the same problem. It is even worse since I have received a booking on the date I am not available. Does anyone knows what is going on? Why is the sistem unblocking those dates?

I have never witnessed that issue as a host and I have (4) AIRBNB rentals

but I never turn on instant book so that may be a clue to what's happening?

There has been many reports on the matter lately, so it must be a glitch in the system.  Turn off IB until you have been confirmed that the issue is sorted.

As for the booking received when unavailble, contact airbnb to have it sorted.

You could also change the prices upward of the weeks you wish to block as a failsafe too, make them 99999 a night or further north.

It happens to us about once a month - dates blocked will unblock automatically. We don't use IB and never would, however, we still manually check the dates for each request to make sure we can accomodate the guests.

Yes, my calendar is also being blocked by AIrbnb so I am getting no requests to book! Its very mysterious and I keep trying to unblock it but there is no customer support to find out what is wrong!

I don't use IB - and every few days I have to reblock dates that are a few months away, that I had previously blocked. I've asked Airbnb about this - but have gotten no abnswer.
