Calendar problems.

Hello has anyone else had a problem with the calendar? We had blocked all the days that the apartment is not available and it worked. checked many times. But then 2 times guests have been able to book the apartment despite of the days being blocked. 

Our credibility will be ruined if we cancel and i can´t find any information on how to contact airbnb.
