Calendar reservations not being updated

Have any of you had trouble with your calendar not being updated or being unable to manually manage your listing re pricing/fees? Our pricing page edits are disabled. I have been in touch with Pricelabs, Airbnb and even Apple support to resolve this over several days with no resolution.
