We usually require Verified ID, but we had an inquiry from someone having uploading issues. I sent them a pre-approval and checked the box to block out any other reservations. They continued to have uploading problems, so I turned off the Verified ID requirement and sent another pre-approval. At some point the guest said that it was accepted on their side and that his account was debited, but on my side it shows the dates blocked out and his reservation just says Not Possible.

Not sure what to do...
