Calling all Arizona USA hosts.

There is a JOINT AD HOC COMMITTEE meeting TODAY, Monday, December 16, 2019 to discuss the IMPACT OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS ON ARIZONA COMMUNITIES. The meeting will begin at 5:00pm at the Senate Hearing Room #1, located at 1700 W Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85007. Below is the agenda. The purpose of the meeting is not clear. Is this about Airbnb rentals? It would be great if Arizona Airbnb hosts could attend. If not, it would be helpful to provide information to support the benefits of Airbnb rentals in our AZ communities on this Chat.

This may be related to tonight's meeting or may not. On September 24, 2019 the City of Scottsdale passed Oridinance 4417, Nuisance Parties and Unlawful Gathering. Here is the link:   https://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/Assets/ScottsdaleAZ/Clerk/pending-ordinances/ORDINANCE4417.pdf
