I have a question perhaps someone can answer for me. Is it essential to photograph the house before each new tenant comes in, in the event anything is damaged while they are there?

My housekeeper sends me WhatsApp images after every clean of the apartment. I have often used these pictures in resolution claims to prove my listing was in perfect shape on the date of check in. Without these pictures I would have no way to support my claims and Airbnb still quibble and have tried to deny my claim .
