Can't View Guest Profile on Mobile

Since the recent Airbnb upgrade on my iphone I am not able to view a guest profile or read their reviews.  This is frustrating as this information helps me decide whether to accept their booking.  I am able to view their profile on my desktop version but this in not always convenient.

Any ideas??

Not sure if this will work, Jo as I don't have an iPhone but on my android I go to "inbox" and this seems to be where all the data is stored about the potential guest and you should just have to touch their photo and all the info should come up.  Good luck.

Thanks Marianne but I have tried that and when I click on their photo the next screen is just blank.

I have the same problem with an iphone. Since I use my phone when I host, since my guests are in my house, this is very inconvenient and frustrating. I have also had guests ask me why the app functions so poorly when this is an internet-based business. My guests also want to use the app on their phones and find it lacking.
