Can't cancel my guest booking

Hi everyone, it seems that at this moment I cannot cancel my guest's booking.

Are experiencing the same thing also?

Maybe this is because of the previous service maintenance that they are undergoing.

I have to make quick action to this because the booking is for tomorrow.

My guest instanly booked my listing and did not declare the correct number of guests who will stay in the unit.

@Caryl-Anne0  If your guest is due within 24 hours you have to contact Air BNB to cancel.  See community guide under Discuss for contacting Air BNB for country specific phone numbers.
