Can't leave a review

Hi, I have been trying to leave a review for a recent guest. When I click on write a review I get a message that says "you do not have access to this". Can anyone help?

Hello @Kev8. Try logging out and cleaning the cookies of your browser. Then log in and check if you can follow that link.

Thanks Marzena, that doesn't work, logged out, closed all browsers opened another browser and cleared cookies and still the same message.
