Can't log in to app - support nonexistent

Can't log in to the android app. App makes me re-enter log in info after the stupid captcha verification, then just hangs after I enter my info. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on Android Pie. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, restarted the phone, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, changed the password still no luck.

Nobody at airbnb seems to care. Other threads on this issue have no responses. 

I'm questioning whether I picked the right platform to list our property.

I have an Galaxy s9 edge, I have the same problem today. I've called 3 times. They said they are working on it, and filed it as an urgent case. I've been waiting for 8 hours now. It works on my laptop so I have to bring it everywhere and constantly check it. I have 2 homes with multiple units, and rooms. It is beyond frustrating! The agent said this is a bug, they are doing an update, and there are other's that have also reported the same thing. Now we wait .....

I also used my boyfriend's samsung galaxy edge and it didn't let me log in either.
