Hello, I have a problem paying with my bonuses:

1. I see $500 at my airbnb.com/invite page
2. on a page of property, I also see them https://www.dropbox.com/s/k4ncl2elqux8tb0/Screenshot%202017-11-27%2021.44.16.png?dl=0
3. but later, during checkout, they simply disappear https://www.dropbox.com/s/4kcddfepb6fwvc2/Screenshot%202017-11-27%2021.41.21.png?dl=0

Is it possible to fix this issue?

Hi,

I noticed you want to use a coupon at checkout. The terms for travel credit are here :

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1411/how-do-i-use-travel-credits

and they state: "Travel credits can’t be combined with any other coupons"

Maybe do not use the coupon now.... ?

also, I can`t understand - what is so special about that $25 is I have more than $500 in bonuses. How to apply them all?
