Cancel Reservation

Hallo, I've got the reservation today, and i've already confirmed it, but i've a problem the administrator of the house has gone ( as today is vacation in Georgia). I can't find him. So i have to cancel that reservation with confirmation code (***). I called the guest and apologized them and they're informed. Please help me to cancel the reservation as soon as possible.

@გიორგი2 Just go into your account and cancel the reservation. It is very intuitive and simple to do.

it's not just so simple, as the reservation is current.

@გიორგი2 then call Airbnb. Go through their Help system and you will eventually find a phone number.

I agree just click on the cancellation button in the booking confirmation. You will get a fine and it will show as a cancellation on the listing .
