Cancel penalties

My cancel policy is different than those offered b Airbnb.

what do I do?

@Dianne9 If a guest cancels a reservation made on Airbnb the host cancellation policies are limited to Flexible, Moderate or Strict.  Since Airbnb collects the reservation payments, refunds for cancellations can only come from them. That is your only option, I'm afraid.
