I'm so sorry to hear that. Cancellations are not good even in cases where you don't have expectations of hosting in a near future. It stays in your profile. So, my suggestion is that you are transparent with your guests. Talk to them and try to exchange the reservation with another host. Talk to Airbnb support to help you managing this. I know that is easy to change the reservation between your listings but I know that is possible to edit it adding other properties in the same reservation, for example.
I don't know if i was clear, but you shoul try it.
