Cancellation as a Host

My lease is not being renewed.  I have two (2) reservations pending.  My new apartment won't be able to accommodate.  How do I handle the cancellations?  Thank you.

Hello Jerry, 

I'm so sorry to hear that. Cancellations are not good even in cases where you don't have expectations of hosting in a near future. It stays in your profile. So, my suggestion is that you are transparent with your guests. Talk to them and try to exchange the reservation with another host. Talk to Airbnb support to help you managing this. I know that is easy to change the reservation between your listings but I know that is possible to edit it adding other properties in the same reservation, for example. 

I don't know if i was clear, but you shoul try it.

Notify your guests and cancel through the system, ABB will credit them the full amount and give them a bonus, as you are not carrying on hosting any penalties will presumably be meaningless as there will be no future income for it to be set against.
