Cancellation credit was incorrectly applied

Cancellation credit was incorrectly applied

I received an email today that my reservation was cancelled and that I could reserve a new place using the money I had paid plus a couple hundred dollars of credit. I booked a new place, but got charged more than I should've. I randomly also immediately got a small amount refunded (no explanation of why), but that refund wasn't the correct amount. I can't find Airbnb's help email anywhere - how do I get the correct amount refunded?

I also received a credit because a host cancelled and an additional credit from Airbnb. Though information says it will be applied to the next reservation, it was not. I reserved another place and nothing was taken off. Frustrating that there is no one to contact to resolve this.
