@Gwenda3  You can describe your problem here and maybe someone can give you some good advice, but this is just a community forum where hosts and guests can ask questions and exchange information. If you need help with a specific booking, you'll have to contact Airbnb directly. Ways to contact them are in a large pinned post on the first page of the Help forum here.

Thank you for your response Sarah.  I have been able to discuss the problem directly with Airbnb and the issue has been resolved.
