Cancellation issue

im new at Airbnb so please help me,

i receive  reservation in the reservation for 5 ppl in the private message he told me that they are  Group  Of 13 ppl

my apartment fit for 10 ppl

what should I do?

if a will cancel it will reflect on my  ratio ?

Firstly, if it's a private message not on the Airbnb system, you need a formal record:

  message the Guest on the Airbnb system informing why you can't accept this booking for 13 people in accommodation only a dvertized for 10.

Then Phone Airbnb Customer Service a.s.a.p.

Inform them of the situation and ask them to Cancel the Reservation.

An Airbnb enduced cancellation won't affect your 'ratio', stats.
