Cancellation without information from guest

Hallo from sunny Hanoi - Vietnam,

I need your help for booking [booking number hidden] was cancelled yesterday (14 Aug) for staying 18-22 August without any information from guest or airbnb. Now I can not find any message/information of the guest because this account was removed for violating Airbnb's Terms of Service. Waiting so much for your help.

@Ngoc-Ha0  What information were you expecting to receive?  If a reservation was cancelled by Airbnb, or by the guest, you will normally only receive a notification of the cancellation, not an explanation. Some guests are nice and explain why they are cancelling, but many won't. And in this case, why would you want to contact this guest? If Airbnb has closed the account because of TOS violations, you shouldn't communicate with this guest at all and be thankful Airbnb cancelled the reservation of  bad guest before you were stuck with a booking that could have been nothing but problems..
