Cancellation

Hi

I booked a place and the host cancelled but I still have not had my refund and it has been a couple of weeks now since the cancellation.  I am not sure when I get my refund - is it after the dates I was meant to stay?  And will it be to my credit card or bank account?

Confused and a bit worrried

Contact Airbnb since they're the one that collected the money.
