Guest have stayed 3 nights... booked 6... say they might need to go home tomorrow.. loved the home etc... 

what is the policy?

You're intitled to 50% of the 3 additional days they want to cancel. Start documenting in AirBnB messager all prior conversations regarding this, no longer take phone calls and no  texts from them accepted. All through AirBnB only.

They decided to stay, guess the home issues got settled
