Cancellation

Good Morning All

 

I have a client that booked on the 31st of July, we got a message today saying they would like to cancel due to the fact that one of their friends cant travel on the dates that was booked and they wish to cancel the booking dates booked 30 Aug till 2 September my cancellation policy is strick. please help what is the procedures to follow I know the quest needs to cancel the booking.

 

Need advice on this

Advise the Guest that they do not need your permission, they just cancel.

Here’s the information regarding strict cancelations:

If the Guest cancellation occurred after the 48 hour grace period, then acording to the strict policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to check in.

So you should receive 50% of the booking payout, minus the cleaning fee.
