Cancellation

I am in the process of selling my property but I have some guests booked and I don't want to cancel the bookings without any penalties.  What do I do? Thanks for any advise.

I don't believe the system will let you deactivate if you have future bookings.  You could snooze your listing while you proceed with the sale until you finalize your sale.  Then if you have bookings, you will need to cancel the reservation in order to deactivate your listing.  If you think the guest (s) will be adversely affected, perhaps you can let these guests know of the pending sale so they can cancel.
