Cancellation

I took a booking from a third party for a person going on a course in Hereford. However my pages were not read properly and cooking facilities were expected. This is not the case just a toaster and microwave. The person booked on the course is not happy, though she doesn’t blame me, and the booking has been cancelled as from tomorrow morning. I guess I am wrong to take a booking in this way, and sure I won’t again. Any pointers as to what I do now please?

@Maggie400  Easy. Don't accept third-party bookings (they're against the rules anyway). Instead, if you get such a request, remind the person requesting that they can receive a referral bonus if they have the person intending to stay with you create an account and book directly.
