Cancelled booking not showing as available

Hi guys,

I had a cancelled booking and now the calendar is showing these dates as unavailable. Any tips on how to free them up?

It depends who cancelled it Alasdair.

If you cancelled the booking, BNB takes this very seriously and will block the dates on your calendar, and note on your listing that you cancelled  a booking.

If the guest cancelled the booking - then give BnB a call and ask them to show the dates as available.

You messed up and did not read the TOS.  (Terms of Service).

You are being punished for not reading it and for doing something that you were not supposed to do.

Suck it up and learn from your mistake.
