Cancelled guest review

Hi, we have just received a review from a guests whose stay was cancelled. As I am aware from an email received from Airbnb this should not be possible. Can you assist with this. Thanks

If they cancelled withing 24 hours of their planned check in they can leave a review  (see Airbnb Help Centre - search for Cancellations) @Sjn0 

If that is not the case, give Airbnb a call and see why this has been possible.
