Hi All, we would like to cancel all future reservations on ABB. There are a quite a few reasons why for safty reason why we'd would like to do so.
1. recently we have discovered that rats have infested the building and they are in the walls. We are starting to fear for the safty of the guest as our landlords have not complied to our request for an exerminator.
2. the hallways have not been clean by the builinding manager in months to the point where we found used condons layingin the stairwell. We feel that is a health issue that we would not want our guest to have to endure. It's dispicable and it's an on going issue with the landlord that they will not address
3. there is an issue of smoke alarms no longer working in the building (over 15 yr old alarms).......
4. We recently found out about some illegal practices that our landlords have been commiting and we will be going to court because of this matter.
5. We plan on moving out after this lease, but we don't want to rent to people knowing of these issues and a few more. We just feel it's too unsafe health wise. But we would like to rent just a room in our new place. We have not started taking reservations for our new place yet depending on the matter at hand with our old place.
question: If we cancel, would we be charged for all cancelations? we were on instant book and we were great host. Our reviews prove it.
We just want to do what's best for out guest, and us.
