Cancelling an Instant Booking

Hi all, I have an instant book that I would like to cancel, I have been a host for long now and I never cancel a reservation. 

I was wondering how can I cancell without fees (feeling unconfortable with the reservation) and most important, is this going to affect me becoming a superhost?

Hi @Nicolas48 I hope you are well.

To cancel penalty-free you'll need to contact Airbnb customer services directly and explain why you're not comfortable with the reservation- then they can look into cancelling it for you.

Don't do this yourself, as then you will be liable to the usual penalties that apply to host cancellations.
