Cannot Preapprove? App keeps failing

I got an I enquiry today to book. But every time I try to preapprove, I get a response saying the application has unfortunately stopped, even when I try to report it just how's off, I have updated my app but all in vain. This has been going on for over five hours. I sent an email to Airbnb about it but haven't got any response. I'll appreciate any help please. Thank you in advance
