Cannot book night before existing booking

Cannot book night before existing booking

My guests are having difficulty making bookings for the night before an existing booking. It is coming up as Not Available when it is. For example if Monday&Tuesday and Friday&Saturday are booked and someone wants to book Wednesday&Thursday they cant, they can only book Wednesday. 

 

It seems to be when they use a mobile device. Is this a known issue?

@Kath-Gay0 I tried and had no problem to book 16 - 18.3.

In calendar view,

 

Go to “availability setting”

 

Then select, "Reservation preferences"

 

Then Select "Advanced notice"

 

you may have "at least 1 days’ notice" set

 

Change it to "same day customisable cut off hour"
