Cannot login on mobile app

Im trying to log rhe app on my mobile without success.I got a rounding icon with a fork

,spoon,and a camera

Any suggestion  ?

Completely same here. Is there a way how to work that out ? Please, can somebody help. I use Redmi Note 7.

@Gonzalo162, @Nikša1,  Same problem here. I changed my phone and can't login to the app. i tried contacting customer support  3 times and got answer that the case was closed without getting a single answer. How can they do that? SEE below

My case with this issue was closed without ever receiving a single answer. How is that possible?????
So of course I still need help, i didn't receive any help!!!!!
ISSUE:
I recently purchased a new mobile phone Honor 8A and installed the Airbnb mobile app, but I cannot login. I tried all the usual: uninstall and reinstall, restart phone, even changed the password, gave all permissions, but always the same: it looks like loging in and rolls the pics, but then returns me to the login page. No error message.
I would appreciate urgent assistance since I rely highly on the app, since I am often on the move.

So I resent message and got same answer 3 X GRRRR!!!

Hey Airbnb.  I find it incredibly unacceptable from a business perspective that you all are having a MAJOR issue with your mobile apps (users unable to access information about services that they have paid hundreds/thousands of dollers for), and you guys are completely silent on the community forums.

 

Please step-up to the modern world and use the communication channels you have provided to, well, um... communicate!

 

We'd like a status update.  Are your dev teams aware of the issue?  Are they working on it?  What is the expected ETA for a fix?  Can you provide a workaround in the meantime?

 

Please step-up up and  behave/communicate like a mature company.
