Hi @Simon20, if everything else is quite normal and you have the booking confirmation and can see where you are staying on your upcoming trips then I woud put this down to a website/app bug. I'm coming to realise that these are quite common at AirBnB.

I had a potential guest whose pre-authorised booking - never confirmed - was nevertheless showing on my calendar and blocking the dates for ages. I think they had to send a ferret into the computer to manually remove it.
