Change of ownership

I have recently sold my vacation rentals and would like to close the listing.

But I would like my guests to be able to stay with the same conditions, since the new owner will keep renting it.

What do I do?

The new owners would need to set up a listing of their own, then you would need to contact each guest and get them to agree to transfer their listing. Once they have agreed, you can contact Airbnb to facilitate the transfer.
