Change the payout reciever

I WANT TO CHANGE THE BENEFICARY NAME AS I RECIEVED THE LAST TRANSACTION 200 USD TO MY COLLEGUE NAME.

AND MY COLLEGUE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAWL THE CASH .
