Changing Ownership and updating listing

Good Day,

We're in the processes of selling our Guest House and we'd like to change all the details of our listing with the new owner details, contact and payment.  Is this possible to do or is it recommended to cancel the existing listing and the new owners create a new listing??

Please provide guidence

You need to contact airbnb

I believe new owners have to open an account and make a new listing for the property, all reviews are yours and not transferable. When thats been completed, airbnb then transfere the bookings across if guests agree.
