Hi all! I’m wondering if I can change two different booked reservations’ costs per night, and if so, without repercussions from Air bnb? I needed to up my price right after I found that I was undercharging based on listings all around that are comparable in size, offerings and location of my own listed space.
You will need to put this one down as a learning experience and respect the rate at which the guest booked. You would risk a negative review from the guest and if you cancel the guest, you will be downgraded by AirBnB. Hopefully you can turn this into a positive by getting a greatfive-star review from these guests who got a great deal on your place so it will lead to more full-rate bookings in future - just make sure you keep your pricing updated! 🙂
@Melissa929 There is no way to change the price once it is booked. I agree with @Stephen-and-Adam0 that you turn this into a 5 star review from a guest so that it becomes your great learning experience.
