Changing host for existing listing

We are going to do some traveling for a year and my brother in law will be managing the Airbnb.  He wants to establish himself and not co host but rather start new and get his own reviews.  Does anyone know how best to do that?  Thanks!

You will need to deactivate your listing and he will need to set up his own profile as the host.  You will have to have a written agreement about how long you will allow that arrangement if you want to resume hosting when you return.  Of course, he will have to deactivate the listing when you return.
